Hi, I'm Mary Kay Morgan, "theinnermarykay", and I'd like to welcome you here.

My professional background includes nearly 20 years in health and fitness. I hold a masters degree in exercise physiology and multiple certifications including ACSM Health Fitness Director. I have worked in a wide variety of environments including: the YMCA system, exercise video production, cardiac rehab, country clubs, and private personal training facilities. I am a nationally known speaker on wellness topics and a supervising coach for the only major national chiropractic physician-supervised comprehensive wellness program in the United States.
My background includes extensive training in energetic healing and all of my work is based on the simple truth that we are "spiritual beings having a physical experience".
I am a "learning junkie" and participate consistently in carefully chosen workshops, mastermind groups and other forms of study to further my own spiritual, personal and professional growth. I as am committed to receiving coaching as I am to providing it. Nothing is more valuable than a mentor who can light up within us, that which we cannot see for ourselves.
My entrepreneurial journey began, like many, in the network marketing industry, and I maintain a successful association with NSA/Juice Plus.
